Yes, I believe there has always been another VIN somewhere. I found one on my 59 Plymouth on the LR frame rail rear of the wheel. Was grinding down to some bare metal to weld on a class III hitch (hey, it was 1973, give me a break!), and there it was. Not there now though, - the hitch framework was welded right over it! (does that mean I can make it a 300 now?
