Remove horn ring, trim and anything else that needs to be removed to get
at bolts holding wheel on.   Be sure to record where all pieces
go...horn wires, horn contact plate, etc...   Easy to build Steering
wheel puller...small piece of flat stock...1 1/2" x 4"  1/4" thick
drill two 5/16" holes in line with the two bolts holding the wheel
secure.  Drill 3/8" hole in the middle and weld on a 3/8" nut/burr...
secure puller with two steering wheel bolts, turn in a 3/8" bolt in
center hole and turn clockwise until wheel moves!   At least mine did.
I sprayed my wheel with Breakaway a day before I pulled wheel.
