A few weeks ago, some on the list asked to see a picture of what my Chrysler 300C frame looked like after the POR-15 was sprayed on the freshly sandblasted frame. I took several pictures, but most didn't show any detail... possibly due to poor lighting. I have posted one of the close-ups at:

Members can take a look. It is really hard to tell the difference between this finish and a powder coated finish, at far less cost than powder coating. Also, if chipped or marred, this can easily be touched up without removing the body again.
We put three light coats on this frame, several hours apart. We also used the metal prep on the bare sandblasted frame.
