I'd highly recommend John Dorgan if you're looking for lights and sirens and
such.  He has a website at:  http://www.webvenues.com/sirens/

I purchased a reconditioned Federal Signal 'gumball' light from him ($125), as
well as a mechanical siren.  Both pieces were almost impossible to tell from
brand new.  His prices were also insanely inexpensive, especially on the light.
I saw a rusted out one at Hershey for $200.
