Hi Scott, Where did you come up with 5-figure prices for the '56 Dodge Royal Lancer? The Standard Catalog of American Cars (Krause Pubs) 2dr had a factory price of $2658 and the convert $2878. In the same book, the '56 Savoy Sport coupe w/ V8 is $2174. A 56 Savoy averaged about $3500 - $4000 but a 56 Dodge Royal Lancer averages $10,500 - $11,000. The Dodge is clearly better equipped but this is a lage variation for for two similar vehicles.
