Do I sense a story here? I bet I do, and it involves an "S-Trap"!

Joe

I rebuilt 4 carbs at home that day, the 65 Valiant (with an aluminum 225ci transplanted in it), a 70 Plymouth wagon, and my 300-C.

Sure Do, and yups, it wasn't the 'right' carbys to loose a jet, I was redoing the carbs to my 300 in the kitchen, Did a total teardown and clean out, lost a secondary jet down the drain. I was fortunate to have an Old Time Carb rebuild place near by, and he had a tray full of wcfb jets.

While I was there he offered me a 8x2 intake with carbs for the 392. I declined because I didn't want to cut the hood of the car to fit the thing.
