There's too many variables and possible routes to take.
But
If it were my car and I was looking to start it quick with everyone watching. I'd make sure the engine oil was full and I'd have a can of gas with a hose in it and hook it direct to the fuel pump and skip draining the tank and possible leaky fuel lines.
I'd pull the plugs and the coil wire. crank it over until it had oil pressure, then put it back together, files down the points for a clean contact and fire it up.
I'd also have a big fire extinguisher on hand....LOL...and a hose hooked to the exhaust since they are starting it inside the building.
It worked on my 53 Chevy that sat for 31 years and my 74 Olds that sat in someones driveway for 16 years.
