[FWDLK] manual trans

hi everyone, here's the story.....

 

i had [4] 57/8 3spd manual trans[s] that over the past year, 2 were given to a few friends who needed them, and the other 2 got scrapped when noone responded to a post to "come pick them up in NJ" ....anyway.....  now i just grenaded my 58's 3spd....  so generosity now killed me

 

so the question of the day:  anyone know for sure if the 56 plym trans will retrofit to 57/58, or at least the internals [rev countershaft seems to have sheared]

 

had a few 56s but never really needed to play trans games... i have a 56 set aside with 270/3spd that can donate its trans if it will work out.
