[FWDLK] Removing the crankshaft bolt

Hi all!

I'm in the process of removing the front of my engine, with the intent of 
exposing and inspecting the timing chain.  I'm trying to remove the 
crankshaft bolt, but I'm having a hard time keeping the pulley wheel from 
moving when I put torque on the bolt.  Any suggestions?
