Can anyone recommend a cheap method to ship a large car part?

I am trying to ship a package that is 82" x 13" x 15", weighing 82
pounds, and I'm amazed that it is too big for UPS or FedEx or
Greyhound Package Express.

The web sites of all three state that this is too big for them to
accept. I phoned UPS, and they directed me to their "Sonic Air - UPS"
service, which would charge a reasonable $550 to ship this part, the
value of which is $25. Hmmm, I don't think so ....

Do you remember those TV commercials, where FedEx showed us the live
elephant that they delivered?

I tried a Google search and came up with ABF Systems, which quotes
$139, which could be reasonable, if the part happened to be worth
about 10 times its actual value. The shipment is from St. Cloud, MN to
Rochester, NY, by the way.

Thanks in advance.
