Yes Neil, I had a 37 Plymouth for my first car and was driving around this one day in the mountains of Pa on some dirt roads near my Dads camp and it started raining real hard. The old vacuum wipers didn't do the trick so we had to stop till it stopped raining. What else could we do with no guard rails and steep drop offs you just stop rather than chance dropping off the cliff.
