Another example of this is in the 57-8 Plymouth Shop Manual, where there are
instructions as to how to make a tool that can be used to remove interior
door handles.  Didn't see this in the 58 Dodge manual, even though both
interior door handles are basically the same.  Can anyone come up with other
examples ?
