[FWDLK] Ball Joint Removal...

Aside from the special tool to unscrew the ball joints from the control arms, what do any of you use for this task? A pipe wrench seems like cheating...

Any of you use a socket? Six or twelve point? And the size?

Any leads here are appreciated...
