A friend in Portland, Oregon mentioned this to me, but
I won't be able to do anything about it, having just
bought the Sport Suburban and struggling to get it
home from Seattle...
A tow company called Retriever Towing apparently has a
finned Plymouth of some sort that will be auctioned
off shortly. My friend isn't the most MoPar-literate
guy in the world, at one point describing the car as a
'59, at another saying "it's like Christine, except
it's a 2dr sedan..." He says it's bronze and the paint
isn't that great. He also expects it will sell for
around $200 (!)
I know we have some list members closer to this car
than I am, and I'd sure like to see it rescued.
