A little dirt and grime isn't worth going blind over.
Why don't you try a clear plastic face shield ? Y'know, the kind you'd
wear when using a high speed grinder. I think they're about $15 at Lowes
or Home Depot. BTW, if the stuff produces strong fumes, a paint spray
respirator wouldn't be a bad idea either.
