Re: [FWDLK] filter conversion- vs normal filter.

Ok got my curiosity up. What is NAPA conversion kit?

I have the ****** upside down canisters on my 55s and hate them for many
reasons. Have gotten kits from man in Missouri which work ok at around $60
or so each if I remember right. They consist of a threaded shaft and plate
which cover the original base and the new filter fits on to. Been very
happy with them.

I also believe the newer filter elements do a better job of filtering but no
scientific data here. The better of the new filters won't drain the oil out
either!
