I almost hate to admit it, but my car broke down far from home and I was
"forced" to pay $1200 for a complete rebuild on my cast-iron TF.
If I had been more resourcefull, I probably could have had it towed home and
had it rebuilt AND still have saved money.  The good news is that they seemed
to have done a decent job.
