After having the 318 rebuilt in my 58 Plymouth, I was getting 22mpg on trips to Das Awscht Fescht in Macungie(near Allentown), PA, from Connecticut. BTW, this is the best car show of the year - 3 days- about 1000 cars each day. Also, participant awards for every car driven thru the gate (useful stuff, not junk). No judging, so your work-in-progress is OK. They will be saluting 70 years of Plymouth this year. How 'bout a good turnout from everyone ! The show is July 31 thru Aug 2. You MUST pre-register.
