Check the data tag. On a 1967 or 1968 Mopar, third line from the bottom, you should find "AX". If there is an "8" below the "X" the car was built with Sure-Grip The sales code for Sure-Grip was 408. The number under the "A" is the last digit of the sales code for the rear axle ratio.
