IML: Dextron 3 for 61? Mystery oil

I recently purchased a 1961 Imperial Lebaron.

Is Dextron 3 the right tranny fluid for a '61?  I only recall the topic 
being discussed previously and  ask it out of concern, I can't remember the 
details.
Once heard that Marvel mystery oil is highly refined power steering fluid. 
Any knowledge about it?  Whats the Mystery?
