IML: Two '64s in Oregon

I looked at two 1964 Imperials near Salem, Oregon, today. One is a convertible totally in pieces. It would be a good frame off restoration as the job is about 1/2 done, for someone who knew how they go back together.
The other is a Crown Coupe. It was last licensed in 1978, and has sat since in the outdoors. Its rough everywhere, but complete. Has a/c, leather, AM/FM, dual headrests, power vents, dark gray paint, black interior, straight body but rusty around the front panel seams above the grilles, and other rust. Would be a good parts car.
The guy wants $2000 for the lot, and really just wants it all out of his shop. I was told there are extra parts. If anyone is interested, contact me at XNR@xxxxxxxxxxx
