'68 running warm <--my '67, too!

It wasn't a Satellite by any chance?  I've got the 74
variant.

Haven't checked much of anything.  My automotive
troubleshooting has been put on hiatus temporarily
while we get settled into the new house.  But, I've
made a list of all of the IML recommendations and will
chek them out one by one, simplest to hardest, next
time I can tinker.  Really, I'm just worried about
making it to Carlisle in *gasp* less than a month!

Now this one I would have missed.  How could the
heater valve cause overheating?  I thought that just
decided whether or not coolant cycled throught he
heater core.  My heater works just fine, anyway, so I
doubt that's the cause.
