59 Imperial Modification

I wouldn't discourage a brake upgrade, but wouldn't dream of ever changing the suspension. The torsion bar suspension is second to none.

I have considering restoring a 59 Imperial but would like to have the classic look but with modern susupension and braking/handling.

I have access to a dodge 3500 V-10 truck...thought about blending the two to get a modern car with huge performance.

 What is the best doner vehicle to use for the 1950's Imperials ?  Thanks
