New Dash Recommendation-NOT Just Dashes

Really cannot say for sure, they did two 60's and one 61, all Imperials, for us.  I expect they can do any dash you need.  You have to take it apart and send off the part of the dash that has the foam pad attached to it.  They send back the same piece with brand new pad and vinyl.

Call them and ask.  Use Henry Hopkins or Richard Palmer as a reference if you wish.  They just finished Richard's.  They are easy to talk with.

thanks for asking, Henry

Does the company in Oregon do circa 1950s dashes?

I know Just Dashes is used by many, but I had a unpleasant experience years ago with them.  I found Dash Specialists at 1910 Redbud Lane in Medford, OR 97504  541 776-0040.  They did a beautiful job on the dash of my first 60 Imp and on the current one.  My partner just received the redone dash for his 61 and it is excellent $650 plus shipping. Beautifully and carefully packed and received today, took less than three months.

Try 'em if you get tired of Just Dashes or just as an alternative.  I recommend Dash Specialists highly.

Subject: IML: New Dash or Dash renewal?

Hello All...
On my 64 Crown Coupe the top of my dash and it overhang is warped, Im sure not unlike some others I have seen... Is there anyone who has the capability to remanufacture one or restore the existing one I have presently in my car?
Also I am looking to replace my leaking transmission. While it still does work correctly it leaks in a real bad way. On Ebay I have seen Pheonix transmission and others who offer for 65 and 66's at 385.00 plus core and shipping. Is this a good deal? Or is there a four speed I can put in there for better mileage? Four speed automatic.
