I've never had any experience with Gary Goers, though
he has come highly reccomended via several people.
The unfortunate thing about being in a hobby as
exclusive as Imperials, is that there is often just
that one guy who does something really well, and you
are subject to the whims and fancy of that person and
hey, we're all a little crazy, right? I mean, we're
into _Imperials_ of all things. My girlfriend thinks
I'm certifiable, and I probably am. People in the old
car business in general are not usually in it because
its a great money maker. We're not (mostly) marketing
people or into Human Relations. We do it because we
love cars. Hence, customer relations are often not
what you'd expect them to be.
I wish you luck in dealing with him, and hope you can
get your seat cover issue resolved in as timely a
fashion as possible.
