You might check with Rhode Island Wire Service. I have used them for wiring
for my 41 DeSoto. They can make the harness or they can provide the proper
wire and terminations to do any wiring job.
There is another service called YnZ Yesterdays Parts that also provides the
same type of service.

Making a harness yourself can be done but it is a lot of work depending on
the complexity and size of the harness. To do it right you will need the old
harness and it will need to be laid out on a harness board using harness
board nails to guide and set the shape of the harness. Document the wire
branches and terminations and list the appropriate wire gage, color and
termination for each wire. Good luck
