You used the vinyl and fabric paint on carpet? The product I bought has two
separate products, one for carpet and upholstry and one for vinyl. I have a
friend who painted the inner panels of his 65 Charger white (not sure what
the original colour was but I think it might have been black) and his car
looks awesome!

I had just bought a similar product about a week &
a half ago. The stuff I got is by Dupli-Color (got it at
Auto Zone for about $4.00). It says vinyl & fabric
color on the can & works like spay paint. I had the
same problem with sun bleached carpeted areas
& it works great.
