Just got my '81 back from having the headliner replaced. The material is readily available from auto upholstery suppliers. I assisted the upholsterer with the R&R and the most difficult part was the A pillars. They come in [towrad the rearview mirror] and back [toward the driver] just so to pull up and out. You must very carefully remove everything and scrape off the old glue, spray some glue on and voila, she's beautiful again. --Roger van Hoy, '55 DeSoto, '58 DeSoto, '42 DeSoto, '66 Plymouth, '81 Imperial, Washougal, WA ----- Original Message ----- From: "Scott Schmidt" <consuper@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "Imperial" <mailing-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, June 24, 2003 3:01 PM Subject: IML: Throttle Body Cleaning and Headliner | What is the best spray product for cleaning the throttle body on my 81 Imp? | | The headliner on the car is falling down what is the best fix? | | Thanks | | Scott Schmidt | | 81 Imp. | 02 Stratus | | | | ----------------- http://www.imperialclub.com ----------------- | This message was sent to you by the Imperial Mailing List.
