Sorry! Don't have one of those. A parts supply might have some, but they are all probably hardened considering they are almost half century old. Check a wrecking yard with old Mopars. I have a parts manual for the car also. Part number of the rubber connector between the motor and the lift mechanism is 23-41-138. It is called a SHAFT.
