Need help decoding mystery sticker

Yes I think JP Stevens is still in business today.  If I remember
correctly they are a carpet manufacturer and also own West Point Pepperell.
There is a J.P. Stevens Outlet in our small town.
So I'm thinking the tag is probably for carpet.
