Square Bore Vs. Spread Bore

The old Mickey Thompson made a spread bore plate that
did just that.  I went to the neiborhood speed shop
and they still have them.  They are now Cal Custom.  I
am not sure if the plate can be reversed but I think
it can.  It raises the carb height about 1.5 inches. 
This could be a problem in some instances. RC
