Time and date are set by two buttons under the main
control switches. If you run your fingers along the underside of that row of
buttons, you should feel two buttons hidden underneath, towards the left end.
One controls the hour/month, the other minute/day (toggled simply by pressing
the Date button). Some of the features used on the original EFI system lose
their functionality when converted to a carb setup. I believe there are ways
around this, as the dealer conversions didn't have that problem I don't think. I
hope this helps. Enjoy your Imperial!

Hey thank you for telling me.
The car has a two barrel carb, and i have noticed that some of the other
readouts don't work, but it will convert to metric. Now I have to find out how
to set the time and date. William <mopar@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

The fuel display will read either gallons or
litres remaining by default (depending if you are on US or Metric). By using
the control panel, you can change the readout to indicate range, present
fuel mileage, or trip (average) fuel mileage. Mine always reverts back to
the fuel remaining setting when the key is cycled (when the car is started).

I've a ? to ask if anyone
has a 1981 Imperial. Someone tell me how to read the digital display that
only shows numbers. Is it showing how many gallons in the tank or
how far i can go.
