Warning buzzer and digital cluster

Jim, could this be the key -in warning tone??  I know
that my 1990 Le Baron (same digital cluster) sounds
a tone if you leave the key in with the door open.  

My guess is if you are like me, you sit with one leg outside
with the door open while testing.  Could this be it??
