Today I called a ppg paint store and asked them about tango red (ppg code: 70525. They said that code was no longer in their computers. In which they gave me a ppg code of 2296 viking red a little more orange in the paint. If anyone has the new code for tango red put on the web. They also said to take off a part with that paint color on the part.
I have a 54 in Seabreeze blue, which is in the Autocolor Library online, but the stores cant reference the paint codes any more either. I was able to remove my cowl vent cover and drop it off at the store to have them match the paint. I will be getting it Friday, so I do not know how good the match will be, but he assured me there would be no problem getting a good match.
