I had a 72 parts car that had leather seats so that
was definitely an option. I've never seen a true bench seat in a
72-73. "Normal" AC was standard with Autotemp II an option. I THINK
Safeguard Sentinel turned the headlights on and off automatically.
I have a 72 owners guide someone can have for 5
bucks. Email me privately.

Subject: IML: 1972 Imperial Options
Hello All, I was just going through an old Edmund's new
car book circa 1972. Yes, I actually save these! If this seems odd, imagine my
poor wife trying to understand !!!!!! My questions revolve around the 72
Imperial. 1) Were leather bucket seats an option in the 4 door YM43? 2) Was
manual air conditioning standard with Auto Temp as an option? They list Auto
Temp single as an $18 option. 3) What exactly is Safeguard Sentinel Lighting?
4) They list a power BENCH seat with center armrest as an option. The
Chrysler code was P21; it listed for $120. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
