Remove the spark plugs first, that way you won't be working against
cylinder compression. Then use a 1/2" drive ratchet or breaker bar on the
bolt holding the crank shaft balancer on, making sure the battery is
disconnected of course and the transmission is in neutral. You could also
try turning it over using a flywheel wrench to turn it over. If it still
won't turn over you have a bigger problem that you thought. By the way how
long has it been sitting and what caused it to seize?

Subject: IML: Engine help
How do you turn a stuck engine? I checked the repair
portion of the web site but nothing actually tells you
how you turn a 413 that doesn't want to turn. It's
still in the car and I shot oil cylinder.
On a slightly different subject I popped a couple of
the freeze plugs and it's incredible how much gunk is
in there. I would recommend anyone who has a over
heating problem might look there.
