Whatever you do, stay away from AAMCO. They "rebuilt"
a 350 transmission for me a few years back and ROYALLY
mucked it up. I had to take it back to them 4 times
before it was right, and they even had the gall to
charge me once!
There's a guy down here in MD who'll sell you a
rebuilt 727 for $300 or $350, he rebuilds them out of
his garage and has a good rep around these parts. go
