Imperials and Imperialists



I know exactly what you mean.  Few years back when I was living in north west 
Texas, and there was a snow storm.  I was amazed how well the Imperial handled 
on the snow (68 in my case).  I did not realize at the time that I had the 
SureGrip, but the car was so amazingly predictable.  I got so over confident 
that late at night where there was ice/snow combination, I ended up loosing 
control and doing a 360 degree rotation while sliding!  (did not hit anything, 
I locked all wheels when I realized I lost it so the car kept on going 
straight).  But, the fact is that these cars do indeed perform great on snow.
