console and buckets

I'm curious about Imperials with a console and bucket seats.  When were the 
2 offered as options?  I'm interested in the years from about 1955 and up.

Were the 2 ever standard?

I recently spoke to a fellow in California who has a 73 Imperial with 
factory buckets, console and factory portal windows.  I was wondering what 
other years were they be available.
