Unrestored original?????? All the early hemis were painted silver, not
battleship grey. Also, under the hood, inner fenders and underside of the
decklid were painted a battleship grey. The '56's were painted body color in
those places, so a very late production '55 may be as well. However the hood
hinges and hood latch plate were silver cadmium plated with the hinge springs
painted red. The original brake booster would still show some of its gold
cadmium plating--this one has been changed along with the master cylinder. So,
what's unrestoredon this car?
