Sending Unit for 62

hi,any 60s or 70s tank sending unit will work if you canget the pickup
to fit tp bottom of tank,,.just duplicate the old pickups angle,.ground
the housing and hook a wire to the sending unit post and other end to
the unit wire ,,speaker wire works well,15feet or so,you can sit in
drivers seat and work the sending unit to set the angle and check how
the gague works,,.i set them for about a 5 gallon reserve in the
tank,,..the pickups are avalable from chrysler yet,,mide 60s to mide 70
cars..same basic piece,,,.rick
