PA vehicle locality codes



Unfortunately, local governments can pass laws to force you to do that, unless you are consistantly vigilant and attend meetings.  Yes, you can fight it, but remember, you are paying both sides of the fight, since they are tax supported, and have what amounts to an unlimited budget to hassel you.  If you have  a license and some minimal insurance on it, there isn't much they can do about having no inspection, unless they catch it on the road. 
    In My state you can get antique plates for $24 for 4 years if the car is over 25 years old and not used as transportation.

is there anyone who can tell me wether a local township can force you to have a car currently inspected even if it's in your driveway.the township wants my car registered and inspected to stay in my driveway, i thought  i read somewhere that they can only enforce registration.charlie 38 cp
