PA vehicle locality codes

This is the work of some busybody, ignore them. Park the car in a garage or behind a fence, and if anyone bothers you about it again tell them that its none of their business. The only reason that they pull these sorts of things is that most people knuckle under to them. Most of these jerks will disappear if you stand up to them and tell them to talk to your lawyer, its just not worth the hassle to them. If the car is your property on your property, and it's not visible, they will have a hard time winning in court if they try towing it away.
If anything registration makes it easier for them to seize (confiscate) it since it places that vehicle under the auspices and regulations of the motor vehicle laws in your state. The only reason why they want an inspection is so they can prove its a derelect and haul it away on a whim. Remember the fifth amendment, you have a right to your property and a right not to incriminate yourself. Of course its only my opinion, are there any lawyers who want to chime in?

arran, thanks for the reply.the reason i asked this is because alot of localities in the urban areas of pa try to and actually have put laws on the books banning hunting in their localities.governor thornburg (some years ago) sent  a letter out to all municipalities saying they had no authority in the matter is was the state government's authority, along these lines i thought how can a township mandate or enforce something that is the state's responsibility?charlie
