Help! 1975 Imperial won't start

Zounds!  Quite a mystery.  It might be something with
the distributor.  Check the cap, rotor, and, it may
sound dumb, but make sure its turning.  The
distributor shaft, drive gear, or even the timing
chain may have given up the ghost.
