'65 Washer Reservoir

Does anyone know of a source for replacement washer bottles? Or does anyone 
have one that's leak-free they'd be willing to part with? Or does anyone know 
of a suitable interchange with another, more readily available MOPAR unit?

I'm also looking for a crack-free brown upper dash pad for a '65. Any leads?
