81-83 Imperial values

I just saw an 83 Imperial for sale on the net for $14,500!?!?!/!
That seems super high.  Most of the real nice ones I have seen are in the 
$5-6K range.  What does the list think the high side is for these years?
I know whatever someone will pay, but $14,500? I'm all for it, I got mine 
cheap :)
