Lowell Howe in California tends to have many such items
such as your horn ring for 55-68 Imperials.  I just went
into the Parts section of the website and had a tough time
getting in, but kept hitting reload and did score a hit. 
In addition to Lowell, this section of the club website has
lots of other vendors worth looking into, as some may be
closer to you or have what you need.  

Murray Park and Bob Hoffmeister also both come to mind, and
there are others there as well.
