Lowell Howe in California tends to have many such items such as your horn ring for 55-68 Imperials. I just went into the Parts section of the website and had a tough time getting in, but kept hitting reload and did score a hit. In addition to Lowell, this section of the club website has lots of other vendors worth looking into, as some may be closer to you or have what you need.
