Chrysler Imperial - Educational Opportunity



That's what I get in Florida.  A car is whatever they say it is.

You are dealing with a nameless, faceless, brainless bureaucracy-- the person in
front of you is only an instrument of the bureaucracy's will.

Maybe we should all petition the governing body in our states?  (I personally
don't have the time, so I live with "Chrysler Imperial" on the title.)
