Sorry to hear about your bad buying experience, Tony. The seller was ignorant, or a crook, or both. While you probably can't do anything about getting money back, here's a way to get satisfaction. Make all the repairs asap and get Spiro running great. Polished, waxed, detailed inside, and just pain purring. Then make the 3 hour drive back to the seller to casually show him how "a little elbw grease and a dirt cheap parts car" got his old heap looking good in no time. Rave about the power, the smooth ride, the handling, the compliments you're getting, etc. Maybe even mention that others are offering to buy the car from you. The seller will probably see red and fume for weeks about letting his prize get away so cheap. Good luck with your new toy. Pete in PA 70 LeBaron
