Check Car in Buffalo, NY??

Help, please. Anyone in the Buffalo, NT, area available to check out a car for me. Basically, want to know how rust-free and solid the car is. Vehicle is in Lewiston, near Niagara Falls I am told.

Psssst--car is a non-Imperial, but could someone save me a plane trip anyway, pleeeeeeeeeeze.
